Please note that for hygienic reasons, certain items like shapewear and hosiery must be unworn and in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer of your choice.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid USPS return label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to any USPS mail carrier or drop it off at a local Post Office, then track your return status via our website.
